• Please ensure you carry a valid ID or passport with you.
• Transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)
• Transfer timings may be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• The ideal age to begin ice skating is 3 yrs. Children under 100cm must be accompanied by an adult at all times and will be given a complimentary helmet for their safety.
• For safety reasons, long dresses, national attire, or trailing clothing are not allowed during ice skating.
• Guests are required to wear comfortable warm clothing, thick socks and gloves. 
  
• Pregnant ladies, people with any physical injury are not allowed for this activity.
• Eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle during tours with transfer services, as per our terms and conditions.

• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years ( below 100 cm height ) will NOT be allowed
• Individuals with height above 100 cm and 120 cm should always be accompanied by adult.
